Guide to Adding a New Employee
Introduction

Adding a new employee to your payroll roster can seem daunting. We are happy to assist you with this process. We have created this guide for you to get these new employees up, running, & ready to be paid.

What We Need (Standard Process)

We use a full service payroll processor to help facilitate full, quality, & timely service to our payroll customer. This processor has minimum informational requirements for getting your new employee into the system.

Required Information:

  1. Employee's Full Name (As it would appear on Form W-4)

  2. Social Security Number (No Dashes)

  3. Date of Birth

  4. Mailing Address

  5. Employee Email Address

  6. Cell Phone

  7. Work Location

  8. Hire Date

  9. Pay Schedule (Standard or Different)

  10. Pay Type (Hourly, Salary, etc.)

  11. Pay Rate (You Must Comply with Minimum Wage Laws)
